Dalai Lama Endorses the International Campaign for Compassionate Cities in Louisville, KY Talk

On May 19th, 2013, the Dalai Lama spoke to a crowd of 15,000-plus in Louisville. He was introduced by Mayor Greg Fischer of Louisville, who spoke about how Louisville had signed the Charter for Compassion, and described how the city was working to bring compassion to life in every aspect of the City's life.
